💫When you woke up this morning, what was the first thing that came to your mind?

💫Were you irritated to the sound of the alarm going off? Did you jump out of bed to the alarm, excited for what awaits you for the day?
💫Did you think of everything you had to do for the day? Or did you start by praying/meditating?
💫Did you start by thinking negative or did you wake up listing everything you are blessed to have right here and now?
....so easily we take things for granted. Start each day by showing gratitude for your blessings, even if you are not in a very happy place right now. There is always something to be grateful for. Spend more time focusing on your blessings!
